The conclusion of the transaction
passes in two main stages

Stage 1
You visit condominium or the showroom (if you buy it in under construction) on Phuket and choose apartments. You can purchase a Furniture Set as well as an option
You can specify requirements with ours sales manager for the final cost of your real estate and the payment schedule on individual conditions
You choose the form of ownership – freehold or leasehold
You make out the contract of booking. All parameters of housing are registered in detail: apartment type, floor, area, terms of payment and discounts
On the same day you can bring a deposit of 100,000 baht and you can pay with a card of any bank or by transfer into the current business account
Stage 2
Within a month you will receive the main contract consisting of 20 pages written in English
If necessary, discuss the online the terms of the agreement with the participation of your lawyer
Sign the contract and make the first advance. Next, transfer contributions on an individual flexible schedule
Come to Phuket to inspect the apartment before putting the condo into operation, if you bought it during the construction phase. If you have any comments, we can resolve the issue
Make a final payment and get the keys to the apartment. Our lawyer prepares the property documents for you
